Day 26 - Thursday, February 21, 2013

I have been waking up early for the workouts on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This has made me very tired in general. I have been going to bed around 10PM lately. Tonight, I think I want to hangout with people. I haven't done that all week. Maybe we will get together to play a boardgame or do something fun.

Here is the breakdown for today:

Breakfast:
Banana - 90 Calories


Lunch:
Subway 6" Veggie Sub - 310 Calories


Dinner:
Trader Joe's Fettucini with Mushrooms - 225 Calories
Lemony Asparagus - 47 Calories
Roasted Potatoes - 118 Calories



Snack:
Milk - 110 Calories


Total: 900 Calories
