It's the start of another long week. Ugh. Mondays are hard to get through. But the one thing I am looking forward to today is my slow cooker black bean soup this afternoon. I looked at it this morning and it was almost done. I turned down the heat to keep it warm till lunch time. It was so simple to make that if it tastes halfway decent, I will probably start making it more regularly. Have a good Monday!
