This morning, I went back to the gym with my friend to continue our fitness routine. I ran on the treadmill for 25 minutes. I had planned on going back to the gym in the evening to do this class called Indo Row. It looked kinda cool, but I was too tired by the time I got out of work, that I just went home. Maybe I will try it another day.

Strawberry Banana Mango Overnight Oats - 170 Calories
Lunch:
Trader Joes's Frozen Paneer Tikka Masala - 330 Calories
Dinner:
Grilled Cheese Sandwich with 1 cup of Canned Amy's Chili - 420 Calories
I burned the Grilled Cheese a little bit, but it was still good.
Total: 920 Calories
