Day 24 - Tuesday, February 19, 2013

Working out after a long time has made me sore. But it feels good to finally get back to the gym. I am going back tomorrow. Although I am not looking forward to the waking up early part, I am feeling proud of myself.

Here is the breakdown for today:

Breakfast:
Strawberry mango banana overnight oats - 170 Calories


Lunch:
Grilled Cheese Sandwich (with 2 slices of cheese) - 280 Calories


Snack:
Thin Sesame Crackers from Trader Joe's - 65 Calories
Frozen Tropical Fruit Bar from Trader Joe's - 80 Calories




Dinner:
Trader Joe's Frozen Paneer Tikka Masala with Spinach Rice - 330 Calories


Total: 925 Calories
