Today was another grey day. There was a layer of ice underneath the inch of snow. It's very slippery out there. I think tonight I would like to try to make some spicy Green Thai Curry. I have never made it before. I had it at a local restaurant a couple months ago and it was very tasty. We'll see if my home made version compares.
