Vegetarian Low-Calorie Restaurant Options

I always have troubles staying within my calorie budget when I go out to eat. I used to eat out a lot. But I am trying to cook and eat more healthy meals at home. But it's you also have to splurge once in a while. When I do, its nice to have a list of low-calorie options.
