It's Thursday! That means that the weekend is just around the corner. Yay! I was really sore this morning. Strength training is tough work. I think I should incorporate more strength training in my workout.

Here is the breakdown for today:

Breakfast:
Multi-grain Cheerios - 175 Calories


Lunch:
Vegetable Masala Burger - 360 Calories


Dinner:
Trader Joe's Paneer Tikka Masala with Spinach Rice - 330 Calories


Total: 860 Calories
