Day 10 - Tuesday, February 5, 2013

I am having a not so great morning. I woke up late, was late to work, almost got run over by a snow plow and broke my water cup. Hopefully the day will get better soon. Eating my breakfast will be a good start. My sister is visiting me later tonight and that should help tremendously. I am really excited about her visit. It will be great catching up with her. But I should also try to remember to stick to the diet. Let's see how it goes.

Here is the breakdown for today:

Breakfast:
Peach banana strawberry overnight oats - 170 calories



Lunch:
1.5 Servings of Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup - 220 Calories


Snack: 
Banana - 90 Calories
Earl Grey Tea with Splenda and creamer - 10 Calories




Dinner: 
Sushi - Avocado Roll, Asparagus/Avocado/Cucumber Roll - 280 Calories


Snack: 
Crunch Ice Cream Bar - 180 Calories


Total: 950 Calories
