I am trying out a new thing starting today. I have troubles getting to the gym everyday. Most days I am too tired after work to get to the gym. So a friend and I decided to go to the gym together in the mornings. That way we will keep each other in check. It is hard waking up at 6:30 to get to the gym by 7:00. But I think I will get used to it and it will also force me to go to bed early. After my work out this morning, I felt refreshed and energetic. So I am going to try to keep this up.

30 minutes on the treadmill - 1.75 miles, 279 Calories burned (according to the machine)

Lunch:
Subway 6" Veggie Sub - 310 Calories

Total: 950 Calories
