Day 32 - Wednesday, February 27, 2013

It's getting harder and harder to update this post everyday. Keeping track of calories everyday is hard work. This morning I went back to the gym. I decided to do some strength training instead of doing cardio. It was tough work and I am definitely going to be sore.

Here is the breakdown for today:

Breakfast:
Peach - 40 Calories
Lite Yoplait Yogurt - 90 Calories


Lunch:
Grilled Cheese Sandwich with 1 cup of Canned Amy's Chili - 420 Calories


Dinner:
1 Cup of Rice - 200 Calories
Frozen Broccoli and Cheese - 45 Calories
Trader Joe's Potatoes with Parmesan Sauce - 160 Calories


Snack:
Milk - 110 Calories


Total: 1065 Calories
