Day 11 - Wednesday, February 6, 2013

I had a great time with my sister last night. We wanted to go out for dinner but I still wanted to stick to my diet. So we finally went to a sushi restaurant and kept the calorie count low by ordering a couple of veggie rolls. I was even able to fit in a ice cream bar for dessert. It was very nice catching up with her and I am sad that it couldn't last longer. But hopefully we will see each other soon. 

Here is the breakdown for today:

Breakfast:
Peach banana strawberry overnight oats - 170 calories



Lunch:
Avocado Soup - 125 Calories
Grilled Cheese Sandwich - 240 Calories






Total: 858 Calories
