Strawberry Banana Mango Overnight Oats

This is a very simple recipe that you can make ahead of time. I typically make 3 of them on Sunday night. That will last me half the week. It also tastes like a yogurt parfait, but will probably keep you full longer.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
6oz cup Chiboni Mango/Pineapple Greek Yogurt
70g or 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries chopped into slices
1 banana chopped into slices
1/4 cup 1% milk

Directions:
Mix together all the ingredients.

If its too thick, add a splash more milk.

Divide up the oats into 3 equal servings.

Refrigerate the oats overnight. This will soften up the oats enough by the morning.
