Today was an especially hard day to wake up early. I was sore from my previous workout and I didn't go to bed until 10:30. Plus, it was Friday. But I woke up, and did the workout and I am happy I did. I just ran on the treadmill for 25 minutes. But it felt good to stick to the schedule.
Here is my workout for today:
25 minutes on the treadmill, 1.75 miles, 200 Calories
I am pretty excited. It's Friday and my sister will be visiting me later tonight. We are both going down to visit my parents tomorrow. That will be fun! I am also very happy that I will finally get to show off the file cabinet that I made for my sister. Hope she will like it.
