Day 54 - Thursday, March 21, 2013

I was planning on waking up early and getting to the gym for an extra day of exercise. Then maybe going out for breakfast with my friend before work. But I was so tired that I just got some extra sleep instead.

Here is the breakdown for today:

Breakfast:
I didn't have time for breakfast since I overslept

Lunch:
4 Idlis - 200 Calories
Onion and Red Chili Chutney - 150 Calories
Oil - 100 Calories



Dinner:
Went out for some sushi.
1 Small Spring Roll - 200 Calories
2 Avocado Rolls - 300 Calories


Total: 950 Calories
