It was a warm day today. Tomorrow might be as high as 40 degrees. It has been a long time since it has been that warm. Most of the snow might melt by this weekend if this keeps up. I am still sick, but getting better. This whole week has been an off-week for my diet. Going home and being sick put a damper on diets. I have been mindful, but not micro-managing my calorie intake. I will get back into the micro-managing later this weekend when I feel much better

1/2 Container of Frozen Malai Kofta - 260 Calories
Snack:
2 Trader Joe's Mint Ice Cream Sandwiches - 120 Calories
Dinner:
3 Slice of Medium Papa John's Pineapple and Green Pepper Pizza Slices - 600 Calories
Total: 1395 Calories
