It was hard to wake up this morning. Even though I am sick, I was going to go ahead to the gym and continue my workout. But my friend sent me a txt early this morning saying that she wouldn't be able to make it. I lost motivation to go to the gym on my own. So no gym today. A side-effect of waking up early 3 days a week to go to the gym is that I wake up early everyday and go to bed early. It is probably a good thing.
