Day 51 - Monday, March 18, 2013

I came back home last night. I was so tired and sore this morning. I woke up and there was snow everywhere. I did manage to get to the gym though. My friend and I almost decided to bail and go to breakfast instead. But we stayed on track and finished the workout.

Here is my workout for today:
30 minutes on the Elliptical, 240 Calories.

Here is the breakdown for today:

Breakfast:
Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal - 175 Calories


Lunch:
Trader Joe's Frozen Reduced Fat Mac and Cheese - 270 Calories


Snack:
Fudgesicle - 40 Calories


Dinner:
Chipotle Veggie Bowl - 470 Calories



Total: 955 Calories
