I worked out this morning with my friend. I ran on the treadmill once again. It was a good workout and I was very sore afterwards.

Subway 6" Veggie Sub - 310 Calories
Snack:
1/2 Twix Bar - 125 Calories
Dinner:
4 Idlis - 200 Calories
Onion and Red Chili Chutney - 150 Calories
Sourcream - 40 Calories
Total: Subway 6" Veggie Sub - 1000 Calories
