Day 58 - Monday, March 25, 2013

I woke up late this morning. But I ended up going to the gym. I ran on the treadmill for 25 minutes and felt great about it afterwards. I can't wait to get out of work today. I just need some time to relax. I think I have been relaxing about the diet quite a bit and I need to regain some control.

Here is my workout for today:
25 minutes on the treadmill, 250 Calories.

Here is the breakdown for today:

Breakfast:
Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal - 175 Calories


Lunch: 
Chipotle Veggie Bowl - 470 Calories


Dinner:
3 Tacos - 380 Calories


Total: 1025 Calories
