Day 61 - Thursday, March 28, 2013

The weather is getting better. It's finally getting warm. We might get to mid 40s by this weekend! That's really exciting. I think this is a good weekend to get a lot more progress on my move. Maybe I will get some more projects done. Like my daybed.... Or the headboard.... My Taxes are finally in the mail! My string lights just came in the mail. It's a good day. Maybe I will try to hang up the lights after work today.

I woke up late this morning. But I ended up going to the gym. I ran on the treadmill for 25 minutes and felt great about it afterwards. I can't wait to get out of work today. I just need some time to relax. I think I have been relaxing about the diet quite a bit and I need to regain some control.

I got some much done today. I made a significant dent in my moving. I cleaned out some stuff at my place. Did my taxes. Volunteered. Went to the gym for a quick 20 minute treadmill run. And enjoyed some Indian food cooked by my friends.

2 Snackwell Cookies - 100 Calories

Lunch:
2 Slices of Bread + 2 Masala Burger Patties + 2 Slices of Cheese - 600 Calories


Dinner:
Indian Food that my friends cooked. It included Naan, Coconut Rice, Mango Coconut Potato Korma, and Potato Subji.

I would estimate that the dinner was 1500 Calories

I volunteered at the hospital after a long time today. I didn't do much else. I did some moving. Completed some chores around the house and fell asleep early on the couch. Pretty boring Saturday.

I woke up this morning and it was raining. I did get up and go to the gym. Even though I really just felt like going back to bed. I did some weights at the gym. By the end of my workout, I felt like my arms were made out of rubber. I think I will be feeling the workout for the next couple days. As a treat for heading to the gym, I got some fruit and yogurt at the gym cafe. It was less than $2 and it was delicious.

Last night I went out to eat at the local Indian restaurant. It was DELICIOUS! I am definitely going to have to work off the calories the next time I go to the gym. I am so glad that it is already Thursday. The weekend is so close. I will be seeing my parents once again this weekend. I am so happy! I think I will have to work on getting some chores (painting, cleaning, moving) done tonight and tomorrow so I can show off all the progress I have made on the rooms to my parents.

I worked out again this morning! I ran on the treadmill for 25 minutes. It was hard. I also did some stenciling in one of the rooms. The painting in the guest room is also done. The fancy light has also been hung. It was dark and the pictures are a little dull. But I didn't want to brighten them up because I didn't want the colors to be different than they are. Maybe I will take better pictures during daytime and post some new ones another day.
