Day 5 - Thursday, January 31, 2013

Brrr... It's freezing outside. Tonight would be a great night to just stay home in front of the fireplace and read a good book. Maybe a cup of hot chocolate.... That sounds really good right now. Let's see if I can fit it in into my calorie budget for the day.

Here is the breakdown for today:

Breakfast:
Strawberry banana mango overnight oats - 170 calories



Lunch:
Vegetable Lo Mein (minus the soy ginger wonton strips) - 280 calories




Snack: 
Earl Grey Tea with Splenda and creamer - 10 Calories




Dinner:
3 Black Bean Tacos - 419 Calories



Snack:
Hot Chocolate - 110 calories




Total: 989 Calories
