Day 3 - Tuesday, January 29, 2013

I am pretty happy with my progress for the first couple days. But this counting calories business takes a lot of time and planning. I am hoping I can keep this progress going on for a while.

Here is the breakdown for today:

Breakfast:
Strawberry banana mango overnight oats - 170 calories



Lunch:
Moroccan chickpea tagine & couscous - 212 calories



Snack: 
Carrot sticks - 15 Calories
English Cheddar - 110 Calories
Earl Grey Tea with Splenda and creamer - 10 Calories




Dinner:
Vegetable Lo Mein  - 312 calories




Snack:
Milk - 110 calories



Total: 939 Calories
