I'm trying to get back on the diet ladder. Maybe blogging my meals and their calories will help.

Breakfast:
Honey bunches of oats - 130 calories
Milk - 110 calories

Lunch:
Instant thai noodles - 170 calories
Ginger ale - 70 calories

Snack:
Crackers - 100 calories

Dinner:
Moroccan chickpea tagine and couscous - 212 calories
Chocolate fudgesicle - 40 calories
8oz milk - 110 calories



Total: 942 calories
