Today has been a very exciting morning. First of all, I woke up and went to the gym. I ran on the treadmill and felt good about it. Next, we stopped for gas and I bought a crossword lottery scratch off for $3 for no reason. I came home and scratched it off and found that I had won...... $3!!! Hey, at least I got my money back. Tonight, I am watch the first episode of Game of Thrones, Season 3. It's pretty exciting. It's a nice day out. We might grill out tonight. I made some Spinach Artichoke Dip (pictures to come later) for the night's festivities. It's not healthy at all, but is sure will be delicious. I can't wait for tonight.

I think this is what I will have for dinner tonight. But that really depends on what I can buy/make by tonight.
Ceasar Salad (I finally found Vegetarian Ceasar dressing at the store the other day and I can't wait to make some salad)
Roasted Vegetables (I think I will use some frozen Brussels Sprouts, Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Red/Yellow Peppers, Tomatoes and maybe Parsnips and Sweet Potatoes)
Onion Cheese Rolls
Spinach Artichoke Dip with Pita Chips (I already made the dip, I haven't tasted it yet though)
Rice Crispie Treats
