Vegetable Masala Burger

This is a super simple recipe that is made from the frozen vegetable masala burger patties sold at Trader Joe's. Normally I hate veggie burgers. They are usually made of tofu or some soy products, or brown rice. This gives the burger a chewy texture that I end up hating. But the Trader Joe's vegetable masala burger is made from potatoes, carrots and pieces of green beans blended with an aromatic mix of spices. When cooked on pan, it comes out crisp and crunchy.
